What document readiness actually means

Readiness is more than owning a passport. Names and dates must be consistent, documents must be current, the receiving institution must accept the evidence, and copies must travel through a verified channel. Temporary accommodation and departure create different access risks.

What your readiness dossier contains

  • Missing identity, status, address or tax-identification steps
  • An action suited to pre-arrival, temporary housing, permanent address or departure
  • A security rule for minimizing and transmitting sensitive information

Confirm the receiving institution's rules

Confirm requirements directly with the institution before paying for translation or certification. The output prepares a conversation; it cannot guarantee acceptance because onboarding policies and individual checks differ.
